# Refund & Return Policy 

Thank you for shopping at MyVintageBAG. We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage timepieces. Because we deal with unique, vintage, and pre-owned items, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

## 1. 7 Day Return Window
We offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

## 2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at bagtyomich@gmail.com 
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

## 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
Since vintage watches are mechanical or older quartz instruments, if a watch stops working within the first few days of delivery due to transport shocks, please contact us right away for a solution (repair compensation, replacement, or full refund).

## 4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
*   Items on final sale or purchased using special gift cards.
*   Watches that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged by the buyer after delivery.

## 5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

## 6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
